At JODI Life, we strive to ensure you love every handcrafted piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all JODI designer tags and original packaging intact.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 working days.
